CTS is committed to developing a customer-focused, diverse and dependable transportation provider network.

As a transportation management firm, CTS does not own or operate our own vehicles. The key role we play is to serve as the central point of coordination and contact for all project stakeholders, including Members, transportation providers, and clients. We act as the primary risk manager for each program and work to achieve the appropriate level of transportation services for the individuals we serve.

CTS is continually working to expand its business relationships with a variety of transportation providers. We currently partner with transportation providers, including livery & taxi operators, providers with wheelchair-accessible vehicles, ambulance companies and public transit.

We are experienced in creating partnerships with our network providers that result in high-performing, invested stakeholders that understand the importance of on-time, reliable, professional transportation delivery to improving health outcomes for the members.
