CTS offers a team of Customer Advocate Response Experts (C.A.R.E.) dedicated to improving the ride experience for members with complex needs.
Our C.A.R.E. Program Offers:
- A customized referral process into the C.A.R.E. program
- Intensive oversight of members’ upcoming trips to ensure appropriate transportation is booked and the trip is carried out as planned
- Active collaboration with plan care management teams
- Communication with the member and other stakeholders, as needed
- A regular review of the members’ transportation experience to ensure that it is consistent and the member has a satisfactory experience
