were late for a doctor's appointment or had to wait forever to get home because
of inadequate transportation services. The last thing you want to hear from
your finance staff is that transportation services are costing you an arm
and a leg.
The only thing you want to do is focus on your mission of handling your customer's claims in as expeditious a manner as possible.
Putting the customer first and using our extensive experience with Medicaid/Medicare and Welfare to Work Brokerage Services, CTS has designed a Workers Compensation Transportation Brokerage System that will meet the individual transportation needs of each of your clients. It will leave you the time to ensure that each claim is given the attention it deserves. Transportation requests can be accommodated in Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia. Additional states will be added in the near future.
Service is offered 365 days a year, and our outstanding network of providers can offer ambulatory, non-ambulatory and urgent requests for service. Reservations can easily be made over the web by clicking "Make A Reservation" or by phone Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-818-6781.
CTS always verifies each appointment to ensure that no unnecessary transportation is provided and we routinely survey customers to ensure high customer satisfaction with their transportation service. All billing and other administrative functions are handled directly by our office.
