CTS becomes first Agent to manage non-emergency transportation for the Department of Social Services (DSS) in Jefferson County, a mostly rural area in upstate New York, with approximately 15,000 Medicaid eligibles. CTS is responsible for: managing trip requests for Medicaid and Child/Adult Services recipients, handling Provider Relations tasks, and processing all eMedNY Prior Authorizations for transportation providers enrolled with the State's Medicaid program. CTS is responsible for processing approximately 70,000 one-way non-emergency medical trips per year to residents of the County. This program is managed by CTS from our Call Center in Ansonia, CT.

Over 150,000 Medicaid eligibles in Southwest Georgia count on CTS call center staff in Camilla, GA to manage over 600,000 one-way trips per year. Each week we are also responsible for responding to numerous after-hours and weekend trip requests. Providers use the CTS web-portal to submit their trip billing information. In addition to providing Mobility Management services for Medicaid members in Southwest Georgia and Jefferson County (NY), CTS also provides these services throughout the State of Connecticut, New York City, and Westchester County, NY.
