If you are a Managed Care Company, State Or Local Government, School Board, Insurance Company, Small Urban Or Rural Transit System, CTS will create and implement services tailored to meet the needs of your customers and the goals of your program. Our Transportation Networks across the country typically include: fixed route bus and rail services, paratransit shared ride options, traditional one-on-one transportation (for example: taxi/livery vehicle, wheelchair
van, non-emergency ambulance). We also administer customer mileage reimbursement programs.
Since our inception in 1997 CTS has provided approximately three (3) million trips through our brokerage contracts.
In a previous 12 month period CTS arranged over 800,000 trips for verified medical appointments for Medicaid eligibles in CT, NY, and GA, Boards of Education in CT and Workers Compensation programs across the Northeast, and processed over 300,000 calls.
